This paper contains the second part of the report, which has done on the 22th of March, 2005 on the seminar for mathematical modeling of nanotechnology processes in Keldysh Institute for Applied Mathematics Russia Academy of Science. New promising approaches of the self-construction, self-replication, self-diagnostics and self-reparation processes modeling are discussed on the basis of cellular automation and 2d turing machines.
